Abstract

The sequence of calculations for the new method of producing of metal thin-walled bushings with a thick, possibly shaped bottom is given. Cold stamping this bushing by one transition on a specialized press that creates actively directed stresses of contact friction in the wall of the bushing being manufactured is described. The results of the specific forces of the shaping of the bushing made of the L63 brass during extrusion combined with a drawing that make thinner the wall of the bushing are presented. The design of a stamping tool installed on a specialized press is given.
