Abstract
The method of calculation of beams of a hollow triangular section is described in the article. The calculation was carried out using the theory of composite rods. This theory is adapted to the calculation of such beams. The decision is made in trigonometric series, which quickly converge. It is shown that the application of the theory of composite rods allows to take into account the forces that can tear off the beam shelf from inclined ribs.
