Abstract

Changing of temperature in satellite directly influences the performance of the heat pipe. in order to study the influence by temperature change of radiator on the fluid velocity and the pressure in the heat pipe, The finite element simulation of the radius of the meniscus in the evaporation section and the condensing section of the heat pipe is simulated, on the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics of the radiator and its embedded heat pipe. By taking the working quality of the heat pipe as the research object and assuming the temperature change, the simulation data of the working state of the heat pipe at a certain temperature is obtained. At the same time, the pressure drop of the heat pipe and the distribution of the flow velocity are simulated. The weak point of the heat pipe is analyzed and the calculation reference is provided for the performance change of heat pipe on satellite-borne radiator.
