Abstract

Currently, the solution of problems of process control and optimization in electric constructive performance of various devices the most efficient and versatile is mathematical modeling. Moreover, the successful development of the mathematical model is in most cases, the key to successful problem solving. In this mathematical model allows a deeper study of all modes of the electrical machine, which arise in its operation. The peculiarity of the processes in self-braking electric motors is their multi-stage, which is followed by switching the stator circuits and triggering a braking device. Therefore, developed a mathematical model of a self-braking induction motors includes the following modes: Enable forward gap stator winding before mechanical braking device, as well as to reflect the aspects related to the terms of opening and closing the brakes. In this paper, the method of calculation and analysis of electromagnetic holding forces brake device self-braking electric motors with inserts on the rotor at a frequency-current control.
