Abstract
In this paper we introduce the new analogs of Genocchi numbers and polynomials. Finally, we investigate the zeros of the twisted (h,q)-extension of Genocchi polynomials <TEX>${G_{n,q,w}^{(h)}}$</TEX>(x).
