Abstract
Cross sections for the formation of ( m = 1-10) and ( m = 1-14) ions by electron impact on the neutral atoms have been calculated using the previously introduced semi-classical Deutsch-Märk (DM) formalism. Our calculated cross sections for the formation of and are compared with available experimental and theoretical data.
