Abstract

Objective To investigate the calcification characteristics of molybdenum target and its relationship with HER2 and VEGF expression in breast cancer. Methods The calcification characteristics of molybdenum target in 200 cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital were analyzed. HER2 and VEGF were detected after tumor resection. The relationship between calcification characteristics and the expression of HER2 and VEGF was analyzed. Results The results showed that the overexpression of HER2 was positively correlated with calcification, calcification+ burr, calcification number> 20, calcification cluster diameter ≥25 mm, worm-like calcification, and the difference was significant Statistically significant (P<0.05). Statistical study found that the overexpression of VEGF was negatively correlated with calcification (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The calcification of molybdenum target in breast cancer is closely related to the expression of HER2 and VEGF, which is of great clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
