As our familiarity with pancreatic disorders increases, functional tests and diagnostic aids evolve and existing ones are used more critically.Roentgenologic exploration of the abdomen is not yet on the same plane of precision and importance as the chest plate. Our knowledge and interpretation of anomalous shadows in the abdomen consequently have not attained the same diagnostic reliability.
