Abstract

Ninety-nine species of calanoid copepods were identified from 29 midwater-trawl samples taken at 10 stations in the subarctic, transitional, and subtropical regions of the North Pacific. Fourteen species are discussed, including the previously unknown male of Gaidius pungens and three species in the Scottocalanus helenae group. There are nine new records of species from the study area.
