Abstract
Characteristics of main spindle and feed drives for the CNC machine tool highly depend upon skillfulness of composing variable speed motors (AC or DC) and mechanical transmission elements. In order to enable interactive computer aided design and analysis of different design variants of CNC machine tool drives, original computer programs have been developed.
