Abstract

Temperature control system of aircraft cabin is a large time-constant, nonlinear and time-varying complex system, and the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object is hard to establish. So it is difficult to achieve satisfying control effect by means of the traditional temperature control method. According to this situation, a new approach of cabin temperature control is proposed in this paper. A fuzzy controller is designed on the basis of the original temperature control system to realize cabin temperature compensation control. Simulation results show that the system with the fuzzy controller has better dynamic-response characteristics, comparing with the system using traditional control methods. The new cabin temperature control system has characteristics of smaller overshoot, fast transient time, and higher control accuracy in its controlling process.
