Abstract
Cerebral sinovenous thrombosis (CSVT) is a rare and serious disorder that involves high morbi-mortality and neurological sequelae. Prognosis can be improved with an early diagnosis and an optimal treatment. Although anticoagulation is recommended, the treatment of CVST in children and neonates remains controversial. Noclinical trials are available on the safety and efficacy of anticoagulation in children.
