Abstract

Background and Aim: We aimed to compare the levels of clinical, biochemical, hormonal, and metabolic parameters as well as serum CRP,homocysteine, leptin, and adiponectin in cases with PCOS and control group to investigate whether they play a role in the etiology of the syndrome. Materials and Methods: The present study included a total of 160 subjects, 90 subjects were diagnosed with PCOS (n = 90) and 70 subjects served as control group (n = 70). Serum CRP, homocysteine, leptin, and adiponectin levels were analyzed for each subject.
