Abstract
We have studied LCO film deposited on Au covered STO substrate using SEM and TEMtechniques. The film was found to have a granular nature with the particle size increasingwith oxidation time. An interesting feature is that the particles are ‘lifted’ by thefilm. This feature can be understood using the mechanism recently reported byLengl et al with which the observations in the present work can be reasonablyexplained.
