Abstract

For patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with self-expanding valves (SEV), greater aortoventricular (AoV) angulation has been identified as a technical challenge. However, it remains unclear if AoV angle affects early clinical outcomes. The aim of this analysis was to evaluate outcomes of patients with complex anatomy treated with contemporary SEVs.
