Abstract

Coronary artery revascularization can be achieved with either percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery in patients with three or more vessels disease. CABG is preferred in patients with medium or high complex anatomy and diabetes to PCI. With the evolution of the stents and state-of-the-art of PCI, we conducted this study to compare the outcomes of PCI and CABG in patients with multivessel disease.
