Abstract

There is paucity of data about the optimal treatment of acute pulmonary embolism (PE) in patients with malignancy. The objective of this study was to compare outcomes of catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT), Systemic thrombolysis (ST), and no intervention (NI) in patients with cancer and hospitalized with acute PE.
