Abstract
In recent years there has been a significant increase in allergic conditions. The clinic is dominated by IgE-independent mechanisms of allergic pathology, which are based on a violation of histamine metabolism in the body. Increased levels of extracellular histamine on the background of decreasing the activity of the enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) leads Histamineintolerance syndrome (HIT). This state is characterized by a wide variety of clinical manifestations.
