Abstract

Innovators globally, create the mainstream of the wealth, new or an unprejudiced jump from the existing, while the managers and others tend to preserve it. These entrepreneurs bestow new value to old assets and create entirely new fountains of capital. Apple, Google, 3M, Toyota, Microsoft, GE, Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Starbucks, IBM, Virgin, Samsung, Sony, Dell, BMW, Intel, eBay, IKEA, Wal-Mart, Honda, Southwest etc have been pioneers in their respective areas for continuous innovation. In Indian context take the example of Dhirubhai Ambani (Reliance), Narayan Murthy (Infosys), Ramalinga Raju (Satyam Computers), Shiv Nader (HCL group), Deepak Parekh (HDFC bank), Azim Premzi (Wipro), Sunil Mittal (Bharti enterprises), Ratan Tata (Tata Group), Kumarmangalam Birla (A V Birla Group), and many more who have produced wealth with barely any base.
