Abstract

Improving the quality of training to meet the increasing needs of society is an important task to create a competitive position of universities in the world, including Vietnam. The success of a higher ducation institution more or less follows market rules, including the assessment of employee satisfaction. The research article assesses the quality of training from the perspective of employers in the MIS major to help educational institutions and enterprises better understand each other in satisfying the needs of both parties. The author uses a combination of quantitative and quantitative research methods in the analysis of the discovery factor and multi-variable regression analysis to clarify the research problem. Survey results at 122 enterprises showed that professional skills, cognitive skills, foreign language skills, decision-making leadership skills and social skills are factors affecting business satisfaction. The article proposed solutions to innovate programs, training methods, strengthen links between universities and businesses to improve the quality of training, meet the increasing requirements of employers.
