Abstract

Nowadays, the Business Process Management (BPM) is very important for conduct a company for success in the market (s) where is operating. This article pretends to establish a linkage between Business Process Management (BPM) and Knowledge Management (KM), having as support the theoretical explanation about BPM and KM and it will show the “CEDF” Company as case study about the linkage of both subjects.We concluded that for a company to do the best business process management that all forms of the linkage between BPM and KM such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Mark Management (MM), Human Resources Management (HRM), Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) and Innovation Management (IM) must be interlinked, and so it will possible to be ready to the competitiveness of the industry, where is operating.
