Abstract

An investigation into industrial espionage. Evaluates legal standing of methods used in industrial espionage. Analyses the views of twelve experts - private investigators, security consultants and journalists. Summarises findings of questions asked in four main areas - the type of information sought by industrial spies, the methods used, the level of activity and the people and organisations involved.
