Abstract
This paper aims for public transport network system to use small investment in public transportation enterprises and set up the bi-level program model. It also studies the problem of designing the conventional public transportation network. The model fully reflects the different decision-making behaviors and the interaction between the supply and demand corresponding with the actual needs. It uses MATLAB 7.1 to program genetic algorithms for solving the model, and obtains road network design of the conventional public transportation network for optimization. Finally, through the example of Nanchang transit network optimization, the result shows that bi-level programming model for the design of the public transport network is feasible and effective. 1. INTRODUCTION In recent years, many new methods have been applied for public transport network optimization by Abdullah M, etc. The fixed costs of the public transportation network optimization problems have been studied and the public transportation network optimization model is designed as a fixed demand model. Fries T1,Harker Pt, etc, who established large-capacity public transport site layout had designed an expert system. The expert system used the combination of mathematical methods to simulate decision-makers decision-making process. Wang - Wei proposed that the direct traffic of the biggest public transport network and for the target selected should be done in using a method at a time. lin Bo-qu, etc based their study on combinatorial optimization point and put forward the public transport network optimization designed for non-linear 0-1 programming model of passenger to travel time and the achievement of capital investment in public transport network as the objective function along with the station capacity constraints in meeting the set conditions which is the minimum goal function to get the bus lines to come to an optimal decision-making. In this paper, the minimum impedance bus network and bus companies target is a minimum of investment costs to build bi-level programming model for the conventional public transit network design problem case the cost of inputs for selecting the optimal investment strategy is used to
