Abstract
AbstractIn creep‐deformed Fe3Si single crystals the Burgers vectors of the dislocations were examined by transmission electron microscopy. The Burgers vector in a sample deformed under conditions of 60 MPa and 575–600 °C was of the type 1/2 〈110〉, whereas 〈111〉 superlattice dislocations were not found. 1/2 〈110〉 is the shortest translation distance in the D03 superlattice structure of Fe3Si.
