Abstract
Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a subepidermal autoimmune bullous disease mediated by autoantibodies directed toward antigens (BPAg1-230, BPAg2-180) located in hemidesmosomes and the lamina lucida of the dermal-epidermal junction.
