Abstract
The President of the IEEE DEIS, Paul Gaberson, is pleased to announce that Dr. Gary Stevens has won the 2020 Thomas Dakin Distinguished Technical Achievement Award and Dr. Masahiro Sato has won the 2020 Steven Boggs Young Investigator Award. These are the top two technical awards sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society.
