Abstract
Construction of SPUSS (Smart Power Utilization Service System) requires an architecture which is scalable, flexible and can quickly respond to business requirements. Based on the characteristics of cloud computing, SOA and business process technology, the paper discusses on how to use these technologies to build a SPUSS.
