Abstract

Hospitals are one of the health industries that are engaged in services that are very important to support a healthy standard of living for everyone to realize and ensure the health of every community who comes to get out of any health problems. Hospitals as a health facilities to provide health services to the community have a strategic role in accelerating the increase in the degree of public health. This study used a conceptual framework model that was proposed using the perspective of human relations theory and was intended as a novelty in this study to be tested on paramedics from hospitals. Namely as many as 16,968 personnel, both paramedical and non-paramedical staff. In this case, there is the influence of shared values, including trust and commitment. In this case, there are similarities between the beliefs between hospitals and medical personnel and the values that exist in the hospital's goals, it will cause medical personnel to have compatibility or chemistry with the duties, obligations and responsibilities given by the Hospital.
