Abstract

Good collaboration is important for success in many areas of our lives and is absolutely essential for research. Collaboration is the logical choice for institutions and researchers and has become increasingly commonplace. The number of authors per publication has increased across all disciplines since the 1980s, and international collaboration has been found to have increased from 14% to 24% of papers.
