Abstract

A conversational interface is an application that interacts with users using natural language in a similar way to imitate a technical support representative. The goal is to minimize customer service costs and ensure users get common, cheaply and fast responses. In this work, we presented a live customer service using a chatbot along with several services. The chatbot is applied to Open Campus, an open and free online course provider. The architecture proposed, if successful, could have widespread application in universities, and Open Educational Resources and MOOCs providers.
