Abstract

Program Goals: In 2014, Tennessee birth certificate data revealed that 14.9% of pregnant women in Tennessee smoked compared to the national average of 8.4%. To assist pregnant women in quitting tobacco use, an evidence-based incentive program directed at pregnant women who smoked was initiated in Tennessee counties.
