Building a model to unify E-payment and access in Sudan with help of firebase cloud messaging

Abstract

the system proposed in this paper is new Electronic payment model for Sudanese payment billers. This model will serve all companies and government institutions that have E-payment Service and make one Services warehouse that will be located in the Central bank of Sudan this model will be applied as Restful web service that will be consumed by any mobile, web, or desktop application or any kind of application this model was produced to link the E-payment services for any service provider by national switch to make the integration between all billers and Central bank of Sudan payment system very simple, secure, easy to maintain and lower cost consumption. This model will be connected to backend database that contain billers information and each biller has unique biller id and any biller has biller services that's need to pay for, this model has seven main functions those functions will be consumed by any web, mobile or any kind of app need to pay to any biller in Sudan its simplify the access to billers and any document related to this services providers, any function was prepared to pass and return value all those seven functions return JSON object as response, any application can consume any web service with no need to read the document of the web service so any application developer want to develop an application or consume this billers services in existing application only needs to target biller service by consuming this biller service with appropriate parameters and he also needs to handle the JSON response in the developed application, this model will solve the two main problems of paper Which are the difficulty to add and manage billers in the backend and the billers services need to documented with updated WSDL (web service Description Language) and also developers need to contact CPOS (Central Bank Of Sudan) for document of specific biller and the new Services in this document. So using this model will help the developers to facilitate the connection of these applications with current or any future E- payment methods in Sudan and also we create one central notification application with help of FCM stand for firebase cloud messaging [4] that will handle any notification and it can target any application with any kind of data or send any update to any user or group of users or even all users in the same time [5].
