Abstract

Today, we are facing a challenging paradox: A shortage of Health-Care Workers (HCWs), as well as a rise in unemployed health professionals. It is either due to funding short falls, planning in adequacy, in addition to a weak organizational climate that contributes to unhealthy work environments.
