Abstract

WASHINGTON, D.C. — “The most important factors in any student outcome that we [as administrators] care about are the quality of peer and faculty and staff relationships,” said Peter Felten, Executive Director at the Center for Engaged Learning at Elon University. Felten was speaking at a session on the importance of creating relationship‐rich institutions for student success at the Association of American Colleges and Universities annual meeting.
