Abstract

This paper discusses the higher vocational talents training model which is characterized by cooperating with health industry, involving more practical issues in classes and providing internship opportunities. Besides those external adjunctions, internal changes have been implemented simultaneously through the course structure redesign, the professional culture and background introduction, and the job-oriented teaching modules, equipping students with not only the outstanding expertise but also the professional ethic. As a kind of unique feature of professional health education, the featured training model serves to provide students with many actual operational experiences, which has been regarded as a successful revolution of vocation education.
