Abstract
As we move into the Autumn and Winter months, the BSAVA Volunteer Development Committee is beginning its recruiting process to call on members to get involved with the BSAVA community and join a network of fellow professionals enjoying the opportunity of developing new skills and experiences to enhance their career development. Here, some of the existing BSAVA volunteers explain the benefits of getting involved, whether you have your sights set on sitting on the Board of Trustees or have just modest amounts of time to commit. The BSAVA encourages equality and diversity and welcomes potential volunteers at whatever stage in their career, to ensure that we are fully representative of the veterinary community.
