Abstract

Risk stratification in patients with Brugada syndrome (BS) is still controversial. Most commonly accepted predictors of adverse outcome are clinical symptoms and spontaneous type 1 ECG, whereas induction at electrophysiological study (EPS) and familial history of sudden death (SD) are controversial. The aim of this study was to assess the incidence and risk factors of ventricular arrhythmic (VA) events in patients with BS in Québec, Canada.
