Abstract

The author reflects on why U.S. Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton is incorrect in her arguments about Senator and presidential candidate Bernie Sanders' single-payer health care proposal. He admits the Affordable Care Act has had positive results and represents true progress. He suggests that if Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee, a Sanders campaign would have a powerful grassroots element that could remove Republicans from Congress.
