Co. markets and sells to its customers insurance products and services, mainly in the property, casualty and employee benefits areas. Co. provides its customers with insurance contracts, as well as other targeted, customized risk management products and services. Co. is compensated for its services primarily by commissions paid by insurance companies and by fees paid by customers for certain services. As of Dec 31 2007, Co.'s activities were conducted in about 198 locations in 38 states that included Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, and Virginia.
