Abstract

This literature review presents findings on various aspects of concurrent bronchial asthma and COVI D -1 9. In particular, it discusses issues of bronchial asthma incidence among patients with confirmed COVI D -1 9, the influence of bronchial asthma on the risk of the new coronavirus infection, and the specific course of bronchial asthma in COVI D -1 9 patients. It considers the use of individual components of basic asthma therapy during the pandemic, in particular, inhaled and systemic corticosteroids, antileukotriene drugs, and targeted therapy. The article pays attention to recommendations for the choice of inhalation devices in light of prevention of the new coronavirus infection spread.

Introduction

В обзоре литературы приводятся результаты исследований, посвященных различным аспектам сочетания бронхиальной астмы и COVID-19. В условиях пандемии COVID-19 (COronaVIrus Disease 2019) врачи столкнулись с трудностями диагностики и лечения заболеваний дыхательной системы, в том числе бронхиальной астмы (БА) [1, 14, 16, 36, 37], которой страдают более 300 млн пациентов во всем мире [32]. Проведенных за пределами Китая, результаты которых описаны ниже, показана более высокая распространенность БА среди пациентов с подтвержденным COVID-19.
