Abstract

We evaluated the impact of the Residency Training Initiative in Miscarriage Management (RTI-MM) on the self-report use of manual vacuum aspiration (MVA). The RTI-MM was designed to facilitate implementation of office-based miscarriage management (MM) using MVA in family medicine residency settings. The RTI-MM is site level, multidimensional and based on diffusion of innovations, implementation science, and systems change theories.
