Abstract

Abstract Because of their dual roles as both students and library staff, student workers at academic libraries have a unique perspective on library services. This article describes a process by which information about the library and the access services department can be obtained from student workers via a survey instrument. Examples are given as to how this information has been used to improve services and procedures.
