Abstract

This amicus brief to the Eleventh Circuit, filed in an employment discrimination case, argues that the issue of whether summary judgment is unconstitutional has not been decided, argues summary judgment is unconstitutional under the Seventh Amendment, and argues that the reasonable jury standard underlying summary judgment is unconstitutional.
