Abstract

Bridging Diversity Research and Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) is an innovative symposium that will bring together diversity researchers to address blind spots and opportunities for building conceptual and empirical bridges between Diversity & Inclusion research and Positive Organizational Scholarship. Our aim is that this symposium will stimulate scholars to design and execute research synthesizing the two perspectives. Such research will ultimately enhance diverse individuals’ experiences of meaningfulness at work through mentoring, empowerment, collaboration, identity-based contributions, and well-being.
