Abstract

Thinking of the generalized metric of static black holes, the entropy of a static black hole is obtained using the improved brick wall model in which the generalized uncertainty relation is applied. This is compared with the entropy calculated via the original brick wall model. Apparently, the cut-off of brick wall is something related to the quantum theory of gravity.
