Abstract

In this issue of Chem Catalysis , the Bertrand and Yan teams extend the range of single-electron-transfer chemistry that is undertaken by Breslow-type intermediates to the activation of iodoarenes and report a new route to the difunctionalization of alkenes by arylacylation.
