Abstract
Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed new malignancy in women today. At the same time the survival rate of breast cancer patients has increased because of better screening and successful novel treatment approaches. Several studies have shown that the group of breast cancer patients has an elevated risk of developing a second primary cancer compared to the general population.
