Abstract
The negotiation process has become an established practice throughout organizations, as means to facilitate collective agreement between different constituent groups. Negotiation strategy has been discussed throughout literature and provides a wealth of knowledge across broad frameworks to support the discussion process and methods to support effective outcomes. The following paper assesses the 2004-2005 NHL case study and provides alternative strategies to create optimal results.
