Abstract

AbstractThe fact that successful Industry-Academia Collaborations (IACs) are beneficial for the participants is widely accepted. However, without a target-oriented methodology, the chances for success are low. This paper's focus is the early phase in the creation of such a methodology which is done in a structured way. Furthermore, the goal is to understand the great influence culture plays in creative problem-solving in distributed teams in IACs.
