Abstract
On January 8th, 2023, a week after the democratically elected president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was confirmed, supporters of the former president Jair Bolsonaro outnumbered Brazil's security forces and invaded all three branches of government: Congress, the Supreme Court, and the governmental Palace in Brazil's capital, Brasilia.
